Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced TMT Lawyer to join our Corporate & Commercial Practice Group in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will work on a diverse range of matters, including outsourcing, procurement, tech, telco, and bespoke commercial contracting work.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in TMT law, with experience in drafting complex contracts, contract negotiation, and contract and related regulatory advice work. You will also have excellent practice management skills, client engagement and development skills, and the ability to work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and reviewing complex contracts
  • Contract negotiation and management
  • Providing contract and related regulatory advice
  • Developing and implementing practice management strategies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Requirements

  • 4+ years of post-qualification experience in TMT law
  • Strong background in IT procurement and contracting
  • Strategic and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
