This company is a highly-sought after, global medical device organisation that brings best-in-class technology across multiple healthcare disciplines to truly makes a difference to peoples quality of life.
They have a key role as a Strategic Accounts Manager position based in Melbourne to develop and implement successful strategies with key private hospital accounts across VIC/TAS/SA/NT.
Reporting to the Director of Corporate & Strategic Accounts, your responsibilities will include:- developing and executing business strategy in line with the ANZ business units across multiple portfolios.
- negotiating product tender acceptances and obtaining contract commitments for the company
- managing key customers including government stakeholders, hospital C-suite and procurement, KOL's and buying groups
- collaborating with and influencing internal cross-functional teams
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Bachelor qualifications in Science, Business or related fields. MBA highly regarded.
- Proven track record in corporate accounts within medical consumables.
- Exceptional financial and business acumen and sound communication skills
- An ability to influence stakeholders both externally and internally
- A deep understanding of the Australian hospital contract and tender process
