Our customer, a major Federal Government agency located in Civic, ACT, is in need of a skilled Salesforce Admin / BA for an extended engagement.

Collaborate with clients to identify and define business needs and bridge the gap between business requirements and Salesforce technology.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and document business workflows, data, and requirements; collaborate with the Solution Lead to design solutions.
  • Define acceptance criteria for implementation and quality assurance tasks.
  • Offer support to users, manage data including loading and manipulation, generate reports, and configure delivery.
  • Research clients' business needs and analyze requirements.
  • Comprehend clients' data and assist with data modeling.
  • Understand clients' business processes and develop BPMN models.
  • Work closely with the project delivery team, transferring knowledge of business needs for design, implementation, and testing.
  • Assist users in optimizing their use of the Salesforce platform.
  • Execute approved change requests for low-risk modifications like report creation and maintenance, housekeeping, etc.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce project delivery.
  • Experience in engaging with various stakeholders to identify and comprehend business processes, requirements, and objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of business workflows, processes, and BPMN modeling.
  • Show ability to develop data models based on business requirements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in utilizing and promoting out-of-the-box features and configurations over coding when feasible.
  • Experience in working with clients and stakeholders on enhancing business processes, particularly in adapting to out-of-the-box workflows.
  • Knowledge of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud & Public Sector Solutions.
