Location: Canberra

DFP Recruitment is looking for dedicated professionals to join a Federal Government project that focuses on advancing Australia's international interests and ensuring security and prosperity. The project involves collaboration with global partners to address challenges, boost trade, uphold international regulations, maintain regional stability, and assist Australians abroad.

The Salesforce initiative within the Federal Government, established in 2019, covers a wide array of tasks including consular support, trade governance, and management of student programs. We seek enthusiastic individuals to join our team in building a sustainable Salesforce ecosystem to handle diverse tasks efficiently.


Role Overview: As a Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst, you will closely engage with clients to understand and define their business requirements, bridging the gap between business needs and Salesforce technology. You will document workflows, data, and requirements, collaborating with the Solution Lead to create effective solutions. Communication with developers and testers is crucial to ensure high-quality implementation. Your responsibilities also include user support, data management, report generation, and solution delivery through configuration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze clients' business needs
  • Assist with data modeling and BPMN modeling
  • Collaborate with the project team for design and testing
  • Facilitate user onboarding and utilization of Salesforce
  • Ensure designs comply with governance
  • Implement low-risk change requests
  • Support in problem resolution

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst
  • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce technology
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data modeling and BPMN modeling
  • Effective communication with stakeholders
  • Preferably experience in government or large-scale enterprise
  • Australian Citizenship with NV1 Active clearance mandatory
