About your team

The Business Solution and Technology (BS&T) division provide technology and solutions across business analysis, architecture and integration, software development, software provision and support, data provisioning and reporting, telephony and networks, technical support, infrastructure and cyber security.

We partner with the business to deliver a suite of initiatives that provide efficiencies to the broader organisation.

About your contribution

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Administration and maintenance of DHA's Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless integration with other IT systems.
  • Working as a key conduit between the IT Service Desk, Applications Support team and business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary and project teams where required to facilitate understanding and resolution of issues.
  • Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation of complex issues and scheduled tasks.
  • Actively monitor system uptime and availability to ensure business continuity.
  • Provide advice and guidance for junior members within the team for any incidents and service requests.

Skills you need to succeed in the role:

  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration and support.
  • Demonstrated experience in IT service support and delivery with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn the complexities of DHA IT systems and their impact on end users.
  • Have a working knowledge of ITIL & ITSM tools (i.e. Jira, ServiceNow, HP Service Manager etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with key stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Ability to work within a midpaced, agile development team.
  • Experience in Oracle SQL query and relational databases, monitoring and batch service tools such as Splunk or Jenkins would be an advantage.
  • Understanding of Cyber Security concepts and practices.
