Based at Brisbane Parcel Facility (BPF), the Customer Operations Liaison Team ( COLT ) Revenue Protection Officer oversees major customer lodgements, focusing on compliance and yield to contracts. Reporting to the COLT's Manager, this Revenue Protection Officer position has a direct impact to our customers and oversees revenue outcomes relating to the organisation's profit and loss.

This is a fixed term (12 months), full-time opportunity working from 12:00pm to 7:21pm, Monday to Friday.

You'll be

  • Performing acceptance and revenue protection checks
  • Reducing revenue leakage and risk
  • Supporting other cost efficiencies for Network Operations
  • Escalating customer opportunities to their respective departments
  • Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identifying and addressing cases of counterfeit mail and fraud
  • Assisting the COLTs Manager with ad hoc requests
  • Other duties as required at SEQ processing sites

About you

  • You have experience building customer confidence by delivering great service
  • You're a genuine collaborator who can draw information from multiple sources
  • You are able to demonstrate engagement readiness in the way you approach your work and the way you work with others
  • You can effectively manage your work with shifting priorities and deadlines

You'll also ideally have

  • Exposure to Australia Post's operations, procedures, products and services, particularly as they apply to parcels and letters lodgements
  • History of strong interpersonal communication skills and an ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Track record of self-motivated results and the ability to work autonomously
  • Spent time in changing, flexible teams and a genuine desire to work with and support colleagues
  • Experience with Australia Post systems, such as eParcel, the Lodgement Quality System, OneSafe and SAP
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, including regular use of Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
