Role
We are looking for honest, reliable, hardworking people who have direct experience in commercial cleaning and maintenance.

This role can be fulfilled by multiple casual roles with the view for transition to permanent and supervisory roles for the right applicants.

Multifunctional role as a Cleaning & Maintenance Specialist including:

  • Periodical commercial Cleaning
  • Maintenance
  • Handyman
  • Grounds maintenance
Training is provided however experience in these 4 roles is of a high advantage

An ASAP start is preferred

Hours on offer minimum of 20 hours per week flexed up to 40 based on market and job demand.

Hours are flexible and can vary between Monday and Sunday 6am-6pm

Pay rates are competitive and will be based on the experience and start-readiness you can bring to the role.

Considerations

  • Ability to learn onsite cloudbased apps for job management
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify improvements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar role
  • Current police clearance certificate is mandatory due to the nature of the job
  • Current White card
  • Own reliable transport to factory
  • Willingness to travel to different locations (in company vehicle)
  • Good communication skills and fluent in English
  • Ability to work autonomously; an excellent eye for detail; work to achieve a very high standard
  • Be adaptable to change and response to high quality responding to client needs.
  • Good time management skills and ability to work efficiently either independently or as part of a team

  • Commercial cleaning equipment

  • Window cleaning
