Summary


Are you looking for an exciting role where you can make a real impact on organisational development? We're seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Organisational Development Project Officer.

In this position, you'll provide comprehensive administrative and project support to our Organizational Development team, playing a crucial role in driving our success.


About the role


Reporting to the Manager, Organisational Development, you will be a key member of the Organisational Development team, working to deliver a range of strategic projects across the agency.

As the Organisational Development Project Officer, your responsibilities will include the coordination of a suite of Leadership Development activities and forums, undertaking project support activities, and using your creativity to design and develop materials as part of projects, education activities and reporting presentations.

You'll facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and contribute to process optimisation.


With your passion for organisational development and commitment to making a positive impact, you will be part of a supportive, collaborative team working to help shape the future of CALHN and contribute to its overall success and support our healthcare staff.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Event coordination for Leadership Development forums and activities where you'll have the opportunity to interact with CALHN leadership and inspiring guest speakers.
  • Support the Organisational Development team to deliver on key strategic documents and workforce plans.
  • Provide general project support for Organisational Development projects, including the design and development of materials.
  • Prepare reports and presentations that provide clear and concise information to aid in decisionmaking and planning.

The Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South's Australia's major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct.

We also deliver mental health services at Glenside Health Services and at a range of other locations across the metropolitan and regional areas.
