The National Access and Information Service (NAIS) team, provides cutting-edge service information for all EACH services nationwide.

NAIS provides access to NDIS, and Aged Care funding sources, making an enormous difference in the lives of those with developmental delays and disabilities.

$36.08 ph ($71,538 pa) + Super + Generous Salary Packaging

If you hold expeirence within the Mental Health and/or AOD sector, enjoy variety in your day and working closely with other service delivery professionals, you may be the person we're looking for

As the _NAIS Service Advisor (Tier 1)_ your responsibilities include:

  • Identifying the initial needs of customers and provide triaging services to all EACH services across Australia.
  • Providing excellent customer services, engage, assess, and support individuals who access our services, and work as a team to meet key deliverables.
  • Prioritising the needs of clients who are accessing services including Drug and Alcohol, mental health (counselling), family violence and identifying complex needs.

Qualifications:

Along with a passion for supporting others, you will have:

  • Experience working with individuals within the Mental health and/or Drug and Alcohol sector.
  • Highachieving mentality, exceptional communication skills, and an engaging phone manner.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar high volume, fast paced environment.
  • Experience supporting people with complex needs is highly sought.
  • IT savvy with ability to use multiple platforms to record data.
  • An ability to demonstrate empathy and patience with customers by being understanding and nonjudgmental.
Mandatory Qualification/s, Competencies and/or Licences

  • Minimum Certificate IV Community Services, Welfare or other relevant qualification or willingness to obtain same and/or significant experience in a similar role.
