We have an exciting opportunity for an
ISO Tank Operations Specialist that has recently become available within our
DHL
Bulk Liquid Division based in our
Geelong office.

This role will be reporting to the ISO Tank Manager.

As an
ISO
Tank Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Booking and securing space for available locations.
  • Coordinate and manage all ISO Tank Shipments based on their requirements
  • Liaise with Transport Providers, Customers, Shipping lines as required
  • Liaising with internal required department/teams as required
  • Helping the Sales team with pricing, costing and procurement.
  • Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's products or services
  • Ensuring that all booking files / orders are created ocular accurately and in a timely manner for each file before handing over to operations staff
  • Ensure financial file accuracy in that all information correspondence with the sales quote before processing for approval
  • Raise Timely and Accurate Invoices to Clients, Process invoices from Suppliers
  • Ensuring that your workstations is kept clean and remains a workable space in line with WHS regulations and standards
- ensuring that all required activities accurately up-to-date and maintained i.e., JFH operating system, FLOW, and all other daily required adhoc tasks
- all other adhoc general duties as per the required position requirements

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Industry Knowledge & experience of the Bulk Liquid Market and Chemical industry /ISO Tank experience
  • Minimum two (2) years previous experience in Shipping/International freight forwarding industry & similar roles
  • Be result driven and be able to demonstrate strong communication and administration skills with a high degree of attention to detail and a professional work ethic.
  • Values a diverse and inclusive work environment
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and deadlinedriven environment
  • Tertiary qualification or similar experience
  • Fluent in English language

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
