About the role

Utilise your leadership capability in this unique full timepermanent opportunity, enabling a diverse and collaborative team,supporting the Manager, Tenancy and Accommodation to providehigh-quality accommodation support services and outreach services,including case management, mediation and advocacy to clients. Withresident wellbeing and enablement at the forefront, you willprovide supervisory support to a collaborative and dynamic team inan environment like no other. Where priorities change on a dailybasis and no two days are the same, you will ensure the successful24/7 service delivery of specialist care to residents.

About you

This is a unique role for an equally unique and resilientleader, well equipped to navigate the fast paced and complex natureof this 24/7 operational environment whilst providing cleardirection and fostering a positive culture of innovation and carewithin your team. You'll have substantial experiencesupporting young people and their families, guiding and supervisinga team, and working from a trauma informed approach.

  • Relevant tertiary level qualifications are desired
  • Knowledge of Residential Tenancy Act
  • Experience working with welfare agencies andprofessionals.
  • Experience and knowledge working with young people andtheir families who are at risk of homelessness.
  • The ability to be adaptable and flexible regardingdifferent service situations and complex needs.
