Strata Manager to join our

ACE Consulting

Braeside, South East Melbourne

. This is a full-time permanent position. This role is integral to our core business of delivering professional strata management services to our clients. What you'll be doing

  • Maintain a property portfolio, build relationships, and be a trusted advisor in all thing's strata.
  • Facilitate and attend AGM and other meetings and provide advice as required.
  • Maintain governance of the Owners Corporation in line with the Owners Corporation Act.
  • Interpret legislation and assist in the enforcement of bylaws.
  • Maintain insurance and coordinate repairs and maintenance and building compliance requirements.
  • Effectively complete tasks within the strata operations workflow.
  • Utilise systems and databases to create and/or manage documentation.
  • Access to an assistant to help with administrative duties.
  • Oversee preparation of budgets, agendas, and minutes with support from other departments.

About you

  • Ideally you have at least 2 years' experience as an Owners Corporation Manager/Strata Manager or similar customer service experience in other industries.
  • Hold Certificate IV or completed A100
  • You're skilled in portfolio and/or account management.
  • You love building relationships and anticipating the needs of your clients.
  • You look at problems or conflicts as opportunities and can find common ground to get cooperation. You have experience in negotiation and conflict management.
  • You're skilled at interpreting and communicating the essence of legislation, financial, and procedural requirements. You have strong written and verbal skills.
  • You have a strong knowledge of financial reports and budgets.
  • You make effective use of multiple technical systems and software (including Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM, and document management systems).
