**Who we’re looking for**

We are on the lookout for a customer focused
**Trainee Strata Manager** to join our
**ACE Consulting office Braeside, Southeast Melbourne. This is a full-time permanent position. **This role is integral to our core business of delivering professional strata management services to our clients. **What you’ll be doing**
- Maintain a property portfolio with the support of senior OC Managers, build relationships, and be a trusted advisor in all thing’s strata.
- Facilitate and attend AGM and other meetings and provide advice as required.
- Maintain governance of the Owners Corporation in line with the Owners Corporation Act.
- Interpret legislation and assist in the enforcement of by-laws.
- Maintain insurance and coordinate repairs and maintenance and building compliance requirements.
- Effectively complete tasks within the strata operations workflow.
- Utilise systems and databases to create and/or manage documentation.
- Access to an assistant to help with administrative duties.
- Oversee preparation of budgets, agendas, and minutes with support from other departments.

**About you**
- Ideally you have at least 2 years’ experience in the strata industry or similar customer service experience in other industries.
- Hold Certificate IV/completed A100 or willing to obtain.
- You’re skilled in portfolio and/or account management.
- You love building relationships and anticipating the needs of your clients.
- You look at problems or conflicts as opportunities and can find common ground to get cooperation. You have experience in negotiation and conflict management.
- You’re skilled at interpreting and communicating the essence of legislation, financial, and procedural requirements. You have strong written and verbal skills.
- You have a strong knowledge of financial reports and budgets.
- You make effective use of multiple technical systems and software (including Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM, and document management systems).
