The Opportunity
We are a lean team of People specialists, providing Global support on all things people and project related.


As we continue to refocus our priorities into 2024, with emphasis on leveraging potential across our people, processes and technology, we have created an exciting opportunity for a new People Business Partner to join our team.


This position will be highly visible to business leaders and will provide exceptional operational and strategic people support on a part-time basis (3 days per week) to our Corporate & Software teams in Osborne Park.


A key focus will be on building relationships, partnering with key stakeholders and delivering high quality people and business outcomes.


As an experienced People Business Partner, you will:

  • Partner with business leaders on people initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Evaluate business and people problems, providing relevant solutions.
  • Provide inherent support, guidance, coaching and advice across performance, remuneration, succession planning, team restructures etc. to uplift and further develop our people potential.
  • Develop strong business partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing our people experience across all pillars of the employee lifecycle embedding values, EVP, attraction, recruitment, onboarding, engagement and retention, benefits, reward & recognition, offboarding into our working environment.
  • Lead and implement people initiatives and projects in line with the broader People Strategy
  • Lead and manage annual and cyclical people processes as required.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with our Global People Team to assist in achieving our common goals, promote creativity and enhance productivity.

About You

To succeed in this position, you will demonstrate:

  • Proven operational and strategic experience in a People (HR) Business Partner position.
  • Strong business acumen, working to provide relevant solutions to business problems.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels, present confidently and professionally, and be proactive to ensure modern People practices are applied.
  • Experience in proactively actioning and supporting Employee Relations queries, investigations and underperformance to align with Fair Work and best practice.
  • Strong people engagement and influencing skills to develop and motivate people to adapt behaviors to suit business needs.
  • Experience supporting corporate and tech business leaders is preferred.
  • Experience using HRIS systems, ideally Bamboo HR
  • Collaborative and cohesive approach to work
