We are currently seeking an experienced Change Lead who can facilitate the successful delivery of technology projects in our organization. This role involves providing technical expertise and ensuring efficient project resourcing and delivery.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Successfully delivering change programs, with a focus on supporting change projects from identifying requirements to delivery and review (80%).
  • Engaging stakeholders across the organization.
  • Leading the senior change leaders forum to ensure consistency.
  • Leading the change team (20%) to ensure effective project resourcing, including recruitment, coaching, workload management, and planning.

About you:

You should have experience in a similar role and a track record of leading successful change programs, especially with technology implementations. You must possess superior communication, consultation, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to network and influence effectively. Being able to handle ambiguity and demonstrate commercial judgment is key.

You must have high-level interpersonal skills, showcasing your ability to manage projects, lead groups, and work in multidisciplinary teams. A pragmatic approach is essential.
