About the Role


Join us in this great opportunity The Assistant Campus Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations at the KBS Campus, working closely with the Campus Manager to ensure smooth functioning.

Responsibilities include managing operations, actively improving student satisfaction and retention rates, and promoting collaboration among all Kaplan campus staff to deliver outstanding academic and student services.


Responsibilities

  • In conjunction with the Campus Manager, recruit, onboard and train all student facing, campus staff
  • Work closely with all campus staff across various departments to create a positive, proactive and collaborative working environment
  • Motivate and engage team promoting innovation and creativity to help achieve performance objectives and deliver excellent customer service
  • Providing quality service to students ensuring they have the appropriate levels of academic, administrative and personal support
  • In conjunction with the Campus Manager, lead, organise and deliver Orientation for new students each Trimester and help deliver an annual Graduation ceremony
  • Managing and directing day to day operations of the campus, leading and bringing together key stakeholders within KBS to deliver an allencompassing education experience
  • Managing all ongoing resource, facility and maintenance needs of the campus

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a customerfocused industry (essential)
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills at an operational level including effective management of people, resources and financial parameters (essential)
  • Positive, collaborative and supportive communication style with experience across a variety of key stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities & the ability to prioritise work effectively
  • Administrative and operational experience of education programs or productrelated industry
  • Demonstrated customer service skills, including crosscultural sensitivity, and a high level of demonstrated interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the international student environment
  • Tertiary qualifications (desirable)
