The Opportunity
NWDS is seeking a dynamic CEO to lead the organisation through transformation and growth, addressing operational challenges and ensuring long-term success in the evolving disability services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to address challenges and drive growth.
- Sales and Marketing: Lead proactive strategies to attract and retain participants.
- Government Relations: Build relationships with local, state, and federal government members and departments to access potential funding grants
- Program Management: Align services with NDIS funding models, ensuring sustainability and innovation.
- HR Development: Restructure HR, implement efficient payroll systems, and manage recruitment.
- Financial Oversight: Conduct financial analysis, track KPIs, and streamline invoicing and debt collection.
- Operational Efficiency: Upgrade systems, implement CRM, and automate processes.
- Change Management: Lead change initiatives and coordinate recruitment for key leadership positions.
Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in disability services or related sectors.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Strong financial management skills.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Knowledge of NDIS funding models is highly desirable.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, management, or related fields.
