Role Outline


One of Australia's largest, and most beloved, Telecommunications companies is looking to add a Product Designer to their Digital team.


As a Product designer you will join a fast-paced squad and will be focusing on a single project: streamlining the digital needs of Small and Medium Businesses into a single transaction.

You will be joining a team that will be working on a wide range of projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct UX research including planning, recruitment, facilitation and presenting findings.
  • Design customer journeys and interfaces using lowfi to highfi artefacts including sketching, wireframing, interactive prototyping and visual design.
  • Collaborate with a squad to deliver change to digital channels.
  • Collaborate with products owners, product manager sand other stakeholders to help build the experience roadmap and backlog.

Skills and experience required:

  • Passionate about delivering customer centric experiences that are grounded in research
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation
  • Clear communicator of design rationales, supported by data and insights (quant and qual)
  • Responsive web design experience and great at prototyping in Figma
  • Experience delivering accessible websites and basic motion design skills a plus
  • Love working with other designers with diverse backgrounds
  • 3 years experiences as a dedicated Product Designer minimum
  • Previous Telco experience desired
On offer to the successful applicant is a contract with an initial
6-month term with
possibilities of further extensions.
