We are looking for some passionate and enthusiastic Casual team members with call cetnre experience to join us.

As a Casual Customer Experience Administrator you will work on a rostering system to meet times of increased demand on the Customer Experience team.

You will be an important member of the team and responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by supporting practitioners and members of the community who contact the VBA.

Rostered hours will be Monday to Friday, between 7am and 7pm.

The majority of your work will be completed from home in a remote capacity however there is is a requirement to attend the office 1 day per week.


What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with others in order to understand issues and suggest course of action appropriate to the customers needs.
  • Experience working in a call centre environment.
  • Ability to adapt approaches and work to changes in the environment and effectively manage new challenges.
