PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Due to an internal move the position of Collections Manager is now available. Reporting to the National Manager Collections, your main focus will be to establish a culture of high performance.
This will be done by leading, coaching and developing your team to ensure the delivery of positive customer outcomes and the achievement of business objectives.
You will also manage the overarching strategy within the collections teams to achieve the business KPI's including Compliance, Quality Assurance, Delinquency, Losses and People Development.

KEY FEATURES

Primary Accountabilities:
- High level leadership of Collections teams to deliver a 'Customer First' service experience
- Overarching management of processes ensuring guidelines and NCCP are embedded into the business
- Deliver business goals by ensuring each area contributes to the departmental target
- Up skill the team to drive optimum resolution
- Quality service to customers both internally and externally
- Manage external vendors to SLA
