Overview:


The Data and Project Officer is a role within the Aged Care Strategy Unit responsible for providing professional, effective and efficient support to the team and to Local Health Networks in the delivery of aged care assessment services which ensure South Australia remains equipped to provide timely and quality assessments to older South Australians.


The position contributes to the collation, reporting, analysis and evaluation of the Aged Care Assessment at the state level to monitor the performance of assessment services against requirements and predetermined indicators.

This involves the collection and analysis of data, providing appropriate access and support for the data portal and preparing regular reports to the Team and for the Commonwealth as required under the contract.

The role will undertake project management activities including research, providing accurate and timely responses to a range of enquiries, managing the team inbox, and providing high level administrative support to the Aged Care Strategy Team and Local Health Networks including maintaining records of compliance and providing system IT support (eg My Aged Care Portal).
