The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for design, oversight, and ultimate execution of sales enablement to meet the company's growth goals.

The Revenue Operations Manager oversees the revenue marketing function at Buildkite, reporting to the VP Sales.

Your typical day may include:

  • Managing the business development representatives team, processes, and lead generation for enterprise sales.
  • Ensuring achievement of success metrics for appointments and opportunities.
  • Providing coaching and strategic guidance for outbound and inbound messaging.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and scaling programs based on effectiveness.
  • Tracking and reporting progress against quarterly pipeline goals, making necessary adjustments to programs and budget.
  • Designing programs to nurture contacts and guide them through the sales funnel using product usage and segmentation data.
  • Land and expand strategy: Creating programs to engage existing customers through educational content and account expansion initiatives
  • Collaborating with the sales team to manage leads and identify gaps in content and tactics.
  • Ensuring effective followup with leads, employing appropriate messaging.
  • Working closely with the sales team to understand key buyer personas, target accounts, and desired verticals.
  • Developing messaging strategies for key buying personas.
  • Executing key content priorities to drive conversion throughout the buyer journey.
  • Identifying opportunities for customer or prospect meetings in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Defining and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for new revenue activities.
  • Collaborating with the Partner team on identifying and pursuing new and existing partner opportunities, creating collateral, and enabling partners.
  • Overseeing HubSpot management across sales and marketing, including setup and troubleshooting.
  • Working with contractors to optimize HubSpot usage and adapt it to accommodate business scaling.

  • Possess campaign management skills for impactful sales initiatives.-
  • Have experience in data management for sales performance analysis.-
  • Are proficient in digital advertising and vendor management.-
  • Have familiarity with sales analytics tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and MixPanel.-
  • Have AWS proficiency for effective campaign management.-
  • Foster a collaborative mindset for cross-team cooperation.-
  • Utilize product data to drive sales growth.-
  • Demonstrate effectiveness in customer onboarding with Customer Success.$120,000
