Our PR & communications portfolio is growing and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to help the team manage our growing portfolio of global B2B clients across the energy, sustainability, health and technology industries.


Working alongside a super talented team of communicators, strategists, journalists, designers, marketers, publishers and content producers, you'll get to lead and execute truly integrated campaigns and programs.


This role will work across multiple disciplines within communications, such as social media, thought leadership, ambassador and influencer engagement, media relations and creative.

The role offers the opportunity to utilise a broad range of skills and enable continuous learning from the best in the industry.

Experience working with technology clients would be highly regarded.


This is a full time opportunity, working in a hybrid model from home and our offices in either Sydney or Melbourne.


A day in the life could look like this:

  • Providing strategic communications advice to a growing portfolio of clients
  • Developing integrated communications strategies and leading the execution
  • Problem solving and tackling complex and interesting issues
  • Always learning, reading and sharing new ideas
  • Working alongside the best in the industry
  • Helping to establish new ways of working to do things better and differently
  • Working with global clients that make a difference including Zoom, ABB and more

The ideal person for this role will possess:

  • 4+ years' experience working with B2B, technology and/or corporate brands in PR or an integrated communications role
  • Be a creative thinker with an eye for detail and passion to learn more about integrated communications
  • Experience in media relations such as drafting pitches, pitching to media and managing PR activity along with building relationship with journalists where relevant
  • Exceptional client management skills and the ability to spot commercial opportunities to grow accounts
  • Desire to build their career in communications, build their skills as a leader and grow their commercial and strategic thinking
  • Deep understanding of communications best practice and an everevolving knowledge of the changing content, communications and digital marketing landscape
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team to perform at the highest possible level and ensure they're bringing new ideas and opportunities to clients
  • Ability to develop communications strategies and programs to meet client objectives
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and departments
  • Experience managing talent and have great stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working on integrated campaigns, social, performance or content marketing would also be beneficial
