Senior Change Analyst

We've partnered with a well-known player in the not-for-profit sector in Greater Western Sydney to find a Senior Change Analyst (Change Lead) to join their team permanently. Located near Moorebank in Southwest Sydney, this company is a specialist in their field with a workforce of over 2,000 employees spread across multiple sites in NSW. Your New Role:

In this position, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that projects meet their objectives timely and cost-efficiently by driving employee adoption and usage. Working within a small PMO team, you'll focus on the human aspect of change, covering business processes, systems, job roles, and communication strategies.

The main task involves crafting and executing change management plans to enhance employee engagement, reduce resistance, and secure maximum benefits from organizational changes. By fostering engagement, providing education, and facilitating communication, you'll drive quicker adoption and proficiency, leading to enhanced value enhancement.

Additionally, you'll support project managers in their change sponsor roles, offer guidance to managers and supervisors, and embed change management activities into project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement structured change management activities;
• Utilize change management processes to support project adoption;
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communications;
• Analyze impacts, assess readiness, and identify key stakeholders;
• Support training program design and delivery;
• Conduct change management assessments and risk mitigation;
• Address resistance and coach project teams;
• Create deliverables for change management levers;
• Integrate change management into project plans;
• Evaluate user readiness and define success metrics;
• Manage the change portfolio.

Your Skills and Experience:

For this role, we are looking for a candidate with:

• Minimum of three years' experience in Change Management roles;
• Experience with large-scale organizational change projects, especially in IT systems;
• Solid grasp of change management principles and methodologies;
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, and collaboration skills;
• Action-oriented and service-oriented mindset;
• Positive attitude with excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
