Join us as Payroll Specialist where you will be preparing wages and salaries and maintain related records. Executing accurate service processes related to Payroll services for an assigned group of employees in Australia and New Zealand. Ensuring appropriate support for internal customers and oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders. This position is based in Moorebank, NSW and reports to HR Services Front Office Manager ANZ.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Processing weekly and monthly payroll and associated maintenance for respective employees Time data input is by clocks and manual timesheets and process all new starters, terminations, master file changes for monthly paid employees
- Establishing positive internal working relationships and providing fast and efficient customer service to all employees in relation to payroll related queries
- Contributing to back up of other pay office staff when they are on leave. This means this person must have the capability to be able to handle all payroll functions
- Ensuring execution and delivery of assigned HR Services according to defined Service Level Agreements
- Delivering HR Service support to HR community, managers and employees and recommends enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on experience with customers
- Ensuring consistency among assigned and related HR processes, and compliance with group and external regulatory requirements
- Communicating comprehensive and adequate knowledge of policies and standards on assigned processes as needed

**Your background**:

- Business/Payroll Administration or recognized qualification advantageous
- Minimum five years of experience in Payroll Administration
- Understanding of all functions related to payroll including EBA interpretation, taxation, superannuation etc
- Sound knowledge of computerized pay systems and general personnel procedures required
- Computer Software experience including SAP payroll knowledge
- Able to collaborate within the broader business at a senior level
- Experience with Workday would be advantageous
