Our Member Servicesteam are looking for someone who can turn an interaction with a member into an experience they will remember, for all the right reasons
You will be thevoiceof nib,representingour brand by providing excellence in customer service
It is afast-pacedinbound call centre,where you cantakeup to60calls a day
The environment is verystructured, withset Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
You willpromote nib products and servicesand drive for first call resolution to queries
You will createmeaningful member experiences, helping nib'smembers get the best value out of their health insurance
You will be part of a team that supports one another and celebratessuccess
This role will be based in our Newcastle hub
This role will see you work on a rotating roster between 8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday.

You will be available tocommenceon the 19th July and be able to commit to two weeks of training which will run 9:00 am-5:00 pm.
