The Role
***As Assistant Manager, you'll be an motivational people leader, who loves creating a stellar service to our patrons. Hospo is a passion, from managing a busy restaurant service to slinging cocktails with the team behind the bar. You are passionate about good food and love creating the perfect atmosphere, guaranteeing patrons experience the best, every time.
Your role will involve all of the venue essentials including the day to day running of the shift, opening and closing the venue, back of house administration and banking, training and developing the team, hiring staff, rostering and assisting patrons.
Experience working as an Assistant Manager in some of Sydney's most reputable restaurants or pubs will set you up for success, coupled with your passion for training, mentoring and helping your team grow
