Your new role
We're looking for people who have a real drive to make a difference—for our customers, for each other, and for CSC.
Internal Communications Specialist has become available in our newly formed Capability and Change function.
Leading the Internal Communication team and collaborating with stakeholders across the business the internal Communications Specialist provides expert advice to support organisational strategic objectives and people initiatives.
You will lead the development, design and delivery of innovative quality internal communication products including intranet content, digital communication, videos and newsletters to inform and engage CSC employees.
In this role you must have strong written and visual communication abilities, including being able to interpret and present of large amounts of information whilst aligning narratives to support business areas and improve customer outcomes.
Desired Skills and Experience:
What you'll need to excel
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, media, journalism or public relations
- Minimum 5 years' of demonstrated experience designing and developing strategies for internal communications function
- Extensive experience writing and editing content fit for multiple channels and tailoring communications for different audiences.
- Excellent storytelling ability and demonstrated ability to produce quality, engaging content
- Superior stakeholder engagement and written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with content management systems and design programs including Adobe Creative Cloud
