ABOUT THE ROLE


As Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for leading marketing with the client engagement team and driving sales growth for the organisation.

In this crucial role, you will develop and execute strategic marketing plans, establish strong client relationships and effectively manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for the aged care sector, aligned with the organisation's overall goals and objectives;
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, target markets, and emerging trends;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners in the aged care sector;
  • Collaborate with the client engagement team to ensure excellent customer service, client retention, and satisfaction;
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the market;
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, events, and promotions, to raise brand awareness and generate leads;
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collaterals, website content, social media presence, and other marketing materials.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably within the aged care or healthcare industry;
  • Strong understanding of the aged care market, including industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape;
  • Have excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a highperforming team;
  • Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and meeting revenue targets;
  • Be a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies;
  • Strong client relationship management skills and ability to engage with key stakeholders;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
  • Be proficient in using CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and marketing software;
  • Have a current National Police Check or NDIS workers screening check.
