Job Description

We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our Information Systems and Digital team in Mexico City. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us address our clients' challenges. You will be supporting different projects through your experience as a Pharmacist - SAP Project Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define, plan, and lead the execution of assigned integration projects for our IT clients (business stakeholders and affiliates) while balancing conflicting demands of scope, time, cost, quality, resources, and risk to deliver a high-quality product
  • Ensure project objectives/requirements are clear and agreed upon by all stakeholders
  • Facilitate project management activities across the project management methodology: ensuring successful and timely completion of deliverables, tracking progress against the baseline schedule, managing project priorities, and ensuring compliance with agreed scope
  • Proactively conduct risk and issue management planning, identification, analysis, and monitoring in projects; formulate risk and issue mitigation strategies, recommend and apply solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager (implementation projects)
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of Jira or Kanban
  • Experience in SAP
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Practical attitude. Sense of urgency and prioritization ability
