This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration activities within SalesForce, Automated Dialler Support, Application support for core systems, ad-hoc data analysis, production of reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.), troubleshooting user issues, and operational support of NobleOak's call centres.

It will also support the wider IT team and NobleOak team as required.

Key Accountabilities


Telephony Support - including support for New Voice Media (NVM) and Telephony Support tasks (including User Creation / Role allocation / Investigation and Escalation / Queue support / Dialler Support / User off-boarding).

Desktop Support - Including Call Recording retrieval, Oakey Support (Sales Agent issue investigation and Validation of agent errors), Integration Support (Oakey to Website, Website to SalesForce, SalesForce to Oakey) and SMS System Support (Investigation of issues and retrieval of messages sent) as well as providing general operational support to the business on IT-related matters.

Reporting - Generate and analyse ad-hoc IT reports on a regular basis to internal stakeholders, as required.
Security - Keep track of security asset registers, conduct cyber awareness, and other related cyber security tasks.

Key Responsibilities


High Quality and Accurate Communication - Communication with internal stakeholders, monitoring information and provide general help across the IT team when required.

Stakeholder Management - Build lasting relationships with internal stakeholders (particularly the Sales team) with the aim of providing constructive and accurate feedback on IT related matters.

Process Improvement - identify and implement opportunities to enhance the customer IT experience with the aim of optimising operational effectiveness and efficiencies.

System improvement - develop requirements for future system upgrades/enhancements as required.
Projects - Involvement and support in key IT and/or operational projects as required.
Delivery focus - Strive to exceed all metrics and KPIs while providing excellent consistent customer service.

Back up - provide back up to other analysts if they are away or occupied on other projects - to ensure the IT team is cross skilled.

Capabilities

Strong organisational skills (prioritising work / monitoring workload / identifying resource needs / problem solving).


Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience communicating with all levels from frontline staff to senior management to vendors.

Ability to train call centre agents on use of dialler/telephony technologies.

High sense of ownership of the problems and requests assigned with a customer service mindset.

Strong problem solving and proven analytical and data analysis skills.

Demonstrated skills in understanding business requirements relating to technology capability.

Be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.

Basic knowledge of network/infrastructure setup and security.

Microsoft Office skills in software such as MS Project, Excel and Visio.

Experience & Qualifications

Previous experience with outbound dialling.

Previous experience with call centre and CRM technologies; Telephony, IVR, Dialler, Workforce Management, Omnichannel/Multichannel or similar systems.

Experience in reporting development and production.
