New opportunity for a proactive and motivated
Application Support Analyst to join our Workforce Management team, where you will serve as the technical contact person and expert in relation to the UKG Workforce Dimensions platform and associated integrations.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage configuration and changes across our production, test & training, and development tenants
  • Perform routine administration, maintenance, and service request tasks
  • Monitor interfaces and integration with HRIS and payroll systems
  • Support, incident management, problem identification, prioritisation, and issue management
  • Troubleshoot and facilitate resolution of enduser issues, incidents, and problems
  • Analyse and test release upgrades for new functionality and changes
  • Complete UKG essential training to be certified to administer and manage the Dimensions solution

Qualifications:

To ensure your success you will possess.

  • Experience in a database solution management or related role including support and maintenance
  • Wellrounded skill set including testing, documentation, project management, and firstrate planning and problemsolving abilities.
  • Analytical and datadriven decisionmaking skills
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams
  • Strong initiative and highlevel attention to detail and accuracy
