Are you ready to take on a new challenge in Sydney's CBD? Uniting NSW.ACT is looking for a skilled Senior Application Support Analyst to join our team at our Pitt Street office. This permanent full-time role offers a chance to contribute meaningfully in a supportive environment.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Application Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in providing maintenance and support services to system users and internal functions. Your responsibilities include investigating and resolving issues, incidents, and requests, as well as performance monitoring. Collaboration with vendors, developers, and colleagues is crucial for timely issue resolution.

Required Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide maintenance and support services to users and internal functions
  • Investigate and resolve problems, incidents, and requests
  • Collaborate with vendors, developers, and colleagues
  • Evaluate new system software and updates
  • Plan software installations and testing
  • Create and maintain application support procedures and documentation
  • Ensure system software aligns with service objectives
  • Handle support requests according to set standards and procedures

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in application support, project delivery, and solutions design
  • Professional experience in medium to large organizations
  • Engagement with stakeholders and relationship development
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Experience in leading and mentoring developers
