About the role


To support and ensure Healthier, Together, the vision of the Program Management Office is to 'deliver the right projects, in the right way'.

The PMO provides a consistent approach to the identification, planning, management and successful delivery of projects and supports the Executive in decision making to achieve Eastern Health strategic objectives.


The Associate Director, PMO, QPI is responsible to the Manager, Program Management Office for leadership in supporting the EH approved project management framework and the provision of Executive level reporting.


This role is a long service leave 3-month temporary position that will work with senior managers and project staff to implement Eastern Health's new project software tool, PMO 365.

About you

To be successful in this role you will possess:
At least 3 years' experience in delivering successful projects and change in a complex health care environment

Demonstrated ability to understand, manage and report data using Microsoft Office products such as Excel

Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience

Excellent communication and organisational skills
