Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will lead a continuous improvement agenda across all production departments, driving the business towards Lean Manufacturing practices

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring adherence to quality specifications in line with company and contract requirements.
  • Leading and delivering LEAN projects focused on service improvement, cost reduction, and product quality enhancement.
  • Maintaining ISO 9001:2015 Accreditation and compliance with Environmental Legislation (EPA) and Workplace Health & Safety Act 201
  • Communicating and training personnel in the Quality System and auditing the system for compliance.
  • Managing, investigating, and following up on nonconformance's, both internal and external.
  • Representing the company on WHS Committees and actively participating in company meetings to add value to the organisation.
  • Promoting a positive and professional company image while ensuring adherence to all policies and promoting a safe working environment.
  • A tertiary qualification
  • 510 years of experience in quality systems and process manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015) and WHS Act 201
  • Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing Principles and a strong understanding of manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and sound computer literacy.
  • Ability to multitask, work effectively in a small team environment, and demonstrate proactive problemsolving abilities.
