We are in search of a talented individual to manage various activities, ranging from simple tasks to complex projects. This position involves providing on-site and on-call support to end-users within the organization's desktop computing environment, ensuring efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Document incidents in the issue log.
  • Escalate incidents to relevant individuals and support teams when necessary.
  • Collaborate with end users and support teams to gather additional information for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding items in the issue log.
  • Maintain the issue log accurately and consistently.

Change Management:

  • Create IT support materials such as reference guides, knowledge base articles, and WalkMe guided tours.
  • Develop IT promotional content including workplace posts, basic presentations, and email communications.
  • Keep system content updated and enhance it based on feedback from users and stakeholders.

Hardware Deployment and Communication:

  • Manage the schedule for end-of-life hardware replacements on a regular basis.
  • Inform team members about upcoming hardware replacements.
  • Coordinate hardware replacement events and meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Bar team on building hardware.
  • Assist end users during hardware replacement events and handle dispatch and collection of hardware.
  • Required Skills:
  • Proficient in technology with a natural aptitude for it.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Basic project management skills are acceptable.
  • Excellent written communication and customer service abilities.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
  • Entry-level candidates and IT students are encouraged to apply.
