The Company

The Position

  • Meet and greet visitors onsite
  • Handle and direct telephone enquiries
  • Coordinating hire car or taxi transfer
  • Receiving deliveries via courier and mail
  • Process daily outgoing mail
  • Distributing goods received and mail
  • Arrange catering for meetings
  • Organise rooms for meetings & training session
  • Assist Management with general administration duties
  • Extensive Reception experience performing the above duties
  • Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Professional, committed and strong work ethic
  • Fast and accurate typing speed
