- $95K Base Salary + S (negotiable based on experience)

About the role:


The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will join an existing team of 5, as customer journey communications becomes a huge focus and growth area within the organisation.

This role will work on the planning and development of data-driven, member-facing communications.

Being able to understand customer data is essential, as this will then be used ideate, review, and optimise content across the customer journey, for both acquisition and retention purposes.

There is another internal team that focuses on copy and content writing, however an ability to develop the purpose, objectives, and messaging behind the content is essential, as well as briefing creatives thoroughly.


As the business continually grows, there's lots of opportunity in this team to own a portfolio and stream of work as you progress.

Current team members have progressed into more senior roles, with more ownership across strategy and planning.

Within this role, there is also a huge amount of exposure to stakeholders across the business at all levels of seniority, so there is a great opportunity to make connections business-wide and progress through lateral moves or secondments.


Duties:

  • Endtoend campaign management, developing datadriven communications to support acquisition and retention
  • Work closely with a range of business stakeholders to generate marketing activity aligned with business outcomes

Skills and experience:

  • Test and learn mindset, with proven experience in utilising data to inform decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a large, matrixed organisation is a bonus
