About the role


Reporting to the General Manager this position ensures operational management of our Disability Team, through effective business practice and service provision, driving business performance and program compliance.

From overseeing financial management, workforce development and innovation this role

About you


Sharing our values, you'll have extensive experience within the NDIS sector and be passionate about coach a team in best practice.

With a love of collaboration, you'll be solution focused, and have excellent business acumen to ensure service growth.

Your key experience will include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and/or significant leadership experience in the Disability sector
  • Prior significant experience working in the disability sector including with NDIS funding is required
  • Excellent operational and commercial understanding including compliance standards
  • The ability to analyse and identify trends and concerns in operational service delivery
  • Experience in compliance, policy development, legislation interpretation and research
  • Prior experience coordinating and overseeing operational activities and continuous improvement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including deescalation
  • COVID and Influenza vaccinations are preferred but not required
  • National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
