Product Manager - Vocera ANZ
Join our dynamic team and help us drive marketing excellence in the medical industry We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager for our Vocera portfolio in the ANZ region.
This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the healthcare industry and work with cutting-edge technology that is revolutionizing the way clinical communication and workflow are managed.
As the Product Manager for Vocera ANZ, you will be responsible for all aspects of Upstream, Field, and Downstream Marketing for the portfolio.
You will own our programs, brand, initiatives, and have overall stewardship over how to implement a marketing driven sales strategy in the region.
In addition, you will be the Brand Ambassador for Vocera products and programs.Key Responsibilities:
- Drive all aspects of marketing for the Vocera portfolio in A/NZ.
- Drive annual marketing planning (AMP) and brand strategy in region (in alignment with local gov't and regional trends)
- Provide expertise and support, training and coaching for the products/services/solutions to the sales reps & channel partners in ANZ.
- Support the sales team in helping transition of technology for our customer base to better serve patients and healthcare professionals.
- Support KOL strategy (key customers and strong relationships) and drive local studies, whitepapers, testimonials, or research partnerships
- Identify new product, channel, vertical and marketing opportunities within the portfolio and make recommendations and lead teams to implement those plans.
- Manage conferences & events in collaboration with local teams (compliance, events, etc.)
- Coordinate with global medical marketing COE to develop local collateral, campaigns and content
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2+ years medical device, software, digital health or marketing/sales experience preferred.
- Ability to build relationships and assimilate technical information and communicate it fluently.
- Experience working with SW, System Integrators, Digital Health and IT vendors on MIE solutions for healthcare and aged care settings
- Strong experience in Digital, Media, Graphic Design, and Marcoms.
- Multi-Channel or Vertical Marketing.
- A proven ability to champion solutions to solve business problems.
