Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and inquiries are addressed promptly.
Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and information requests, providing accurate and relevant information.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers.

Quotation and Order Management:

  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on customer requirements and company pricing guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.

Assist customers with order tracking, updates, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Sales Support:

  • Collaborate closely with the external sales team to provide them with necessary sales materials, product information, and support to assist in their client interactions.


Conduct market research to identify potential new customers and market trends, feeding this information back to the sales and marketing teams.


Technical Expertise:

  • Develop a solid understanding of the company's structural steel products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and offer solutions.
Provide technical information and advice to customers, ensuring they are informed about the features and benefits of our products.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Communicate effectively with various internal teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure a smooth order fulfillment process.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update sales materials, brochures, and product catalogs.

Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities using the company's CRM system.
Generate regular sales reports, outlining progress towards targets, customer feedback, and market trends.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, providing accurate information, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to understand technical information related to structural steel products.

Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software tools.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of the structural steel industry and relevant market trends is a plus.

A relevant diploma or degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.
