About this opportunity

This role has overall oversight of Line 1 risk across all Operational teams (administration, service centre, complaints and CI) as well as the Technology team, ensuring that all Member interactions and activities, and technology processes are conducted within requirements of legislation, regulation, business rules and policy.

This role reports to the COO, and leads a small team of approx. 6 risk professionals.
