In this position, you will act as a key link between employees and management, providing expert advice on all aspects of people practices, policies, and procedures. This is a hands-on role suited for an experienced HRBP interested in transitioning into finance or an experienced HR Advisor seeking career advancement.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing guidance on various People and Culture initiatives such as organization design, recruitment, employee relations, and workplace safety.
  • Lead investigations, mediations, and facilitate discussions to address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create and execute strategic People and Culture initiatives in line with business goals.
  • Enhance operational efficiency and drive process improvements within the People and Culture function, utilizing your knowledge to improve effectiveness.
