We have a great opportunity to join the Marketing team, in the role of Partnership Manager, covering a period of maternity leave.


The Partnership Manager role provides support to the Team Head of Sports Marketing and takes responsibility for managing and servicing key PUMA Partnerships within local Team Sport.


This focus for this role is to manage all aspects of the partnership to ensure full alignment with the brand and our objectives.

The role involves working closely with the Brand Marketing, Merchandise and Sales teams to maximise these partnerships with a focus on leveraging the partnership benefits, exploring brand and product opportunities and ensuring full delivery of product to the teams and retail outlets.

There is a focus on managing launch timings along with our partners, managing budgets and reporting on key metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with key stakeholders to maximise partner benefits, including but not limited to appearances, hospitality, media, and signage.

  • Work with teams and brand marketing team to supply digital assets, branding assets, products, or imagery to leverage contractual benefits.
  • Manage brand days and event activations in conjunction with the Brand team.
  • Work closely with the Merchandise team to drive delivery of the range for the team and retail partners.
This will include supporting with driving key dates within the critical path, launch briefings and approvals.

  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure all product is delivered in full and on time to team partners and retail outlets.
  • Place, track and monitor orders for teams and ensure in full on time delivery for all footwear or inline range requirements.
  • Provide regular reports to the business on all team achievements and activities.
  • Manage agency briefings and associated campaign and project budgets.
  • Manage VIK budgets and invoicing and provide regular updates to the business on progress.
  • Support teams when appearing on behalf of the brand and provide them with product accordingly

Bachelor degree or higher
-5+ years Partnership Management role

  • Project management experience
  • Budget management experience
  • Marketing calendar development, execution and management
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and multitask
  • Detail orientated, resourceful, proactive, and organised
  • Trouble shooting skills
  • Self motivated
