Job Description:


This role will see you assist new customers throughout their sales journey by introducing, demonstrating, and promoting all current and new TeamViewer products within the Japanese market.


  • Provide online demos and webinars of TeamViewer to potential customers
  • Quote and follow up on quotations within expected timeframes
  • Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, serviceoriented company image among customers
  • Process any written request from customers and potential customers using our CRM system
  • Promote cross and upselling activities with our existing customers

Qualifications:

  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service
  • A sales or customer service background
  • Strong oral and written fluency in Japanese & English (any other APAC language is a bonus)
  • Native Japanese both oral and written (Be able to use KEIGO)
  • Excellent problem solving, and the ability to offer solutions for individual customer needs
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows and good general IT knowledge
  • Team oriented, with a health touch of competitiveness
  • Enthusiastic and selfmotivated
