What will you be doing in this role:

The perfect career move for an experienced property officer or leasing consultant looking to transition into commercial real estate OR the perfect step out of university if you hold a property related degree that you would like to put into practice.


  • Support four commercial portfolio managers with their portfolios
  • Carry out water meter reading and property inspections
  • Coordinate quotes for repairs and coordinate trades
  • Assist with the coordination of fit outs and make good obligations
  • Data entry and filing of documents
  • Liaison with tenants regarding maintenance issues
  • Attend team meetings and assist with onboarding new managements
  • Manage communication with strata, council etc
  • 6 months real estate experience
  • A valid NSW drivers licence and reliable car
  • A real estate licence or Certificate of Registration
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for numbers
  • A friendly manner with the ability to problem solve
  • A team player that can also work independently
  • The desire to progress and grow with the commercial team
