Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Australian Funerals, this role forms part of the Australian Funerals Senior Leadership Team.This key role requires an accomplished senior leader with a broad range of skills, which include, multi-site people leadership, business development, strategic and operational delivery, and full P&L responsibility.
Key deliverables for this position are: Creating and fostering a high-performance culture Delivering industry high standards Increasing market share across your region To be successful in this role, you will be a driven sales leader with proven success in achieving optimum results.
You will need to display your empathetic style and be commercially astute.Your success in delivering outstanding customer service through a geographically dispersed workforce is paramount.
Proven experience in leading and inspiring through other leaders will be essential.
Values and culture are crucial.
You will exude passion, show integrity through action, and inspire others to improve team engagement, deliver brilliant experiences for our client families, and achieve exceptional business outcomes.
Your strategic mind is crucial as is your desire to understand the details of our operations.You will be an excellent communicator, with elite interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships with your team and key stakeholders.
