About this role:


We are looking for a motivated, outgoing and driven individual to join our fun, welcoming team to help A&D suppliers find amazing people for their teams.

You may be from an A&D sales background looking to have more control over your billing, or from a recruitment background and want to work in a creative company.

As a consultant, you'll be working with the leading suppliers within the architectural and interior product industry.

Ideally you will possess strong communication skills, enjoy client interaction and be passionate about the Architecture and Design industry.


You will be joining a growing, cohesive, fun team and will develop long lasting relationships with our existing client base.

You will be contributing to the growth of Bespoke Careers in Brisbane, utilising your people skills and having a great time doing it

Key responsibilities

  • Work on a diverse range of roles for the architecture and design industry.
  • Develop knowledge of what your clients need to expand their business.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience within the design industry
  • Recruitment experience within a relevant industry is beneficial but not required due to in house training
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident, influential with strong networking skills
  • Target hitting & goal orientated
  • Detailed and organised
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and CRM experience would be beneficial
  • Team focused with a drive to succeed
  • Motivated, energetic and have a strong work ethic
  • Effective and efficient with daily activity
  • Have a social nature

Luke Russo

Bio:

Luke joined Bespoke Sydney in 2015, working on the architectural and interior products desk which he led from 2017 before moving to join Bespoke London.

Since then, Luke has led embedded talent solutions, building creative teams across the UK and Europe for the likes of Reebok, Diageo and Unilever.

Most recently, he was in talent acquisition for a London based tech start up, growing teams across EMEA and APAC.

Luke has now returned to home soil, and forming part of the Australian leadership team, he heads up our growing Brisbane office.
