Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Rare Diseases this role leads, plans, implements launch and annual brand strategy to maximize revenue, account and customer engagement results.

You will execute Country Operating Plan, in alignment with Global TA strategy and brand plans.

  • Translates/implements global brand campaign locally
  • Develop and implement Country Brand Plan to deliver on strategic imperatives
  • Provides input to develop Long Range Strategy (LRS) with Cross Functional Team (CFT) and Business Analytics and Insights (BAI)
  • Manage lifecycle/market opportunities to drive brand potential
  • Collaborate with BAI to execute market research (MR), supporting customer adoption insights
  • Partner with creative agency, field force and brand teams to deliver creative campaigns, leveraging global core resources and available channels
  • Understand and implement industry best practice to drive customer value and engagement related to the brand and TA
  • Work closely with marketing/commercial operations teams to align digital/content strategy across platforms and channels
  • Partner with Medical, VAP and Advocacy teams to define and implement access strategy and engage effectively with Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs)
  • Work with Manager & BAI to deliver forecasts, performance reviews
  • Plans and analyses market research and develops plan of action POA
  • Actively scans the market, coordinates competitive intelligence and drives competitive action plans
  • Create promotional campaigns and digital solutions to meet evolving customer need, national and bespoke territory account management initiatives
  • Leverage global plan, digital asset management (DAM) outputs to maximise resources
  • Prepare communication deliverables that effectively communicate competitor trends, program performance, and project updates
  • Monitors, evaluates and acts on performance of campaigns
  • Prepare and deliver on KPI and other metric reporting to ensure continuous improvement of campaigns and programs
  • Report to local leadership team on performance of key programs, financial objectives and other brand deliverables

The aspirational Product Manager we seek possesses these attributes and qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

  • 34 years in pharmaceutical marketing roles i.e. Product Manager expertise
  • Successful track record working crossfunctionally and delivering brand plans
  • Understanding of complex disease areas and experience engaging with specialist HCPs and patient support bodies
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience developing and implementing innovative commercial strategies within highly competitive markets
  • Experience in digital marketing & monitoring/tracking of digital activity impact
  • Excellence in oral and written communication
  • Financial and budgeting skill proficiency and experience
  • Excellent computer skills; proficient in MS Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint
  • Degree qualified (E.g. Business or Health Sciences)

Preferred Requirements

  • 3 years as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
  • Experience in specialist disease area (Rare Diseases, Neurology, Ophthalmology or Hematology/Oncology)
  • Experience with digital marketing management
  • Documented success in product launch
  • Proven track record or gaining or maintaining market leadership position
  • Experience working in multinational biotechnology company (or similar) and in highly matrixed organisations
