Your new role

  • Entry of a large volume of data across multiple platforms
  • Adhere and meet strict daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
  • Lodge Client online claiming through various systems
  • Month End Reporting lodgement
  • Prepare accounts receivable invoices for clients and document support
  • Developing administration systems to continuously improve service effectiveness.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Qualification is business administration or equivalent experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite specifically intermediate skillset in excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong initiative with the ability to be flexible
  • Accuracy and Attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to work unsupervised alongside a team and provide agile support to your peers.
